I have a gallon of chlordane passed down to me from my father in law. From what I heard this stuff has a half life of nuclear waste but is apparently the most superior product for termite control. Obviously, I would like to use it to treat some potential termite problems outside but I need to know exactly how to use it. The bottle tells me the strength to make but doesn't go into the application. I believe this is poured into a trench around the structure being protected and it remains in the soil as a barrier. Can any old-timer out there who used this stuff enlighten me.
