My certified electrician installed a new connection consisting of some power receptacles and lights (for a bedroom) to the existing panel in my basement - He used AFC (Arc Fault Circuit) breaker with a test button and a light on it.
Question: Upon touching this CB, it feels warmer as compared to the other existing circuit breakers - Is this normal, or something is wrong??
