Go out to the store and purchase Armstrong's linoleum (inlaid) flooring installation kit. It costs about $10. It contains all the materials and instructions on how to do a professional installation of inlaid flooring.
I have used this kit several times with excellent results.
The best thing about the kit is if you buy Armstrong inlaid flooring, and make a mistake and ruin the flooring while using the kit, they will replace the flooring free. I have never had to do this, but it is an indication on how confident they are with the kit.
