What's the house construction....Block/Wood frame.....Slab on grade ?.....basement ?

Pipes are copper....galvanized ?(look under the kitchen sink or at the Hot water heater)

You hear it in the drain......and you've checked for a toilet running ?

How's the water bill.....look carefully at the usage past couple months.......
