HKestenholz: thank you for the response. The furnace is barely 5 years old, there's no apparent dust/dirt on the fan blades, and none of the ducts appear to be blocked. I routinely change the filters every three months according to the instructions (using Honeywell hepa filters). I have two zones, and I use the Honeywell Trol-A-Temp system. I also noticed that when the other zone kicks in, the blower will stop and the furnace will go through the startup routine, but when the heating cycle ends, the blower continues to run.
