Did you ahve any luck finding a solution? It appears our bulkhead was one system that included the stairwell & enclosure and the bulkhead doors. I can't find the steel stairs & enclosure anywhere. I am trying to avoid the extra effort and expense of having to pour concrete or have a concrete unit dropped in.
