The tiles need to be cut "to exactly fit" the out-of-square room......
A simple scribing trick/tip is to stack the new uncut border tile on top of the last installed full tile........then use another full tile against the Outofsquarewall to indicate the skewed cut line for the "new" border tile........
Quarter round molding is the traditional fix for any small gaps.......
