Congratulations. For having abandoned your original customers, with total disregard for the revenue they provided your company, you have joined the ranks of what is commonly referred to these days as "Corp. America"
In nearing the end of a multi year, multi million dollar
renovation on a suburban NY home, I find I have wasted thousands of dollars and hundreds of man hours and am now faced with the additional expense of removing over 1000sq ft of the original embossed Fiberon and starting over with another product. Why? Was the material inferior? NO! In fact, the installation, now 2yrs hence looks fantastic. It was chosen over a dozen other composites after weeks of research.
The reason is YOU DISCONTINUED THE PRODUCT in favor of some inferior, horrid-looking crap. It not only doesn't match, but I would have NEVER chosen this "new" Fiberon
to begin with. That grooved junk Fiberon was available at Home Depot when I began this project and chose the more expensive embossed product.
All I can say is THANKS!! Look for my lot on eBay w/ a full explanation.. Maybe some other poor unfortunate, hung out to dry mid construction, will benefit from my loss.
I'm looking forward to your company going public one day.
