here's a tip i got from a lady who was putting up wallpaper in our home..it is so simple and easy to clean a popcorn ceiling you will not believe the solution..in order to remove the dust and those unsightly cobwebs without also knocking down the pop corn...all you have to do is take a paint brush and lightly brush the ceiling with the dry soft bristles..the dust and cob webs come down effortlessy...when i tried it I could not believe the results..and it is very quick...i removed all the dust and cobwebs from our kitchen which is a 10 X 15 room in less than an hour. you simlpy bruish the ceiling with the brush...believe me, when you try this yourself you will be kicking yourself for not thinking of it first. you simply pretend like you are paining the ceiling, only without the paint. my wife was ecsatic with the results. good luck.
