While washing a bedspead, I heard a click to go from rinse to spin, it drained but didn't spin. when I tried moving the timer, it filled so I thought maybe it will spin this time it didn't drain. When I got into it, I notice what appeared to be a seal (Black soft rubber)wrapped around & caught in the housing under the tub. I don't know much at all about washers & I need some help to even ask the right questions.
