We have a 3-year old unit that gets high useage. It started to leak from underneath the machine - all the hose connections and drain connections are tight - and I "cleaned" out the drain hook-end of the line. I've ordered a service manual from Sears and am awaiting its arrival before proceeding (the mechanics of removing the back and getting to see the innerds scares me some) so I'm cautious! The users manual cautions against using non-HE detergents - and my wife has been using Ivory Snow and Regular Tide ---but the leaking doesn't seem to be sudsy - but rather clear. I've got some Magic Cleaner to try out if there is some internal build-up - (which I doubt will work). Any familiar incidences?
