You said it would take more time for the warm air to mix with the cold with the fan and a/c on but then you said it might be help to me.

I want to shorten the time for the room to cool down. I meant a standing fan, not the a/c unit fan.

Right now it's 82 and it took 1 hour to cool 2 degrees but IT DOES NOT feel like 82. Very dry and cool breeze.
