Dear BV,
I have a hampton bay fan and the remote seemed to have stopped working. Tried new batteries and adjusting the switches inside the remote. I can get it to work, but in order to do so I have to stand on a chair so the remote is approx. 1 inch from the fan. Do you have any suggestions. It seems there is no way to get in touch with the Hampton Bay company, or is there?
