Half dead clicker..

It could be possible the antenna is in a bad position on the opener. The antenna should be pointing straight down, away from all electrical wires, like power cord or safety beam wiring. If you have the old style unit with the receiver built into the button on the wall, make sure that the "LOCK" switch is in the off position. If you have a multi-function console on the wall but the receiver is built into the machine itself, make sure the wall station does not have the lock activated, and be sure the wiring for that function isn't shorting out at the wall or the machine. If you have further problems, email me a picture of the machine. I may have a manual I can look at.
