Howdy!
Open your light lense and on the bottom right corner is the program button. Press and HOLD that button so that the light come on solid for a few seconds, then goes off. Press the remote and the light should flash rapidly. You have just removed all remotes from your opener. Press the program button and release. Press the button on the remote. This should have reprogrammed the transmitter. Keep in mind, when you program the transmitters into the opener, keep them as far from the opener head as possible. If they are too close, it will distort the signal, and you'll have problems similar to what you have now. Hope this helps.
