I recently purchased an old home that has block & brick walls and is not a "poured foundation". There is a small area of the wall where water leaks into the basement during heavy rains. I can't tell if its coming thru the wall or from the foundation. Other than providing good drainage in that area, If I dig that area and attempt to seal the wall/foundation area, does anyone have any suggestions on what products may work?
