Lightning can knock out your electronics. Unplug the opener and any other controller you have and wait 5 minutes. Replug it back in to see if it resets itself.
Just had that happen this spring on the keypad control at the door. Was about to buy a new one when I tried unplugging it and that fixed it. Also check your settings. A little static electricity could be in there that has altered the frequency.
