I have an area of approximately 1/3 an acre that needs to be levelled out(it has restricted access - little larger than a standard doorway) - it was used as a dumping ground for soil removed for an extension and is now completely uneven and overun with brambles etc. What is the best way to level it quickly? - will a rotivator work? - it needs to be flattened and have a lawn for a Marquee to go on it next year. - is it best to sow seed or simply turf it?
