We have a wood burning fireplace in the front of the living room, that once was a large bay window.the fireplace has been installed for over fifteen years. The last five years it has leaked somewhere up on the roof and underneath the valance inside.
This leaking has caused some damage to the
ceiing and surrounding areas. I have pulled
the ceiling apart right to the rafters and
have gone up on the roof with caulking around the flashing. We have had lots of rain, so it has been tested and still it leaks. What do I do next. Pleas advise.
