How deep is the pump set at?
If you have a 210 foot well and the water level is at 120 feet, that water level will drop as you pump water out of the well.
The paperwork for the well should also show the delivery rate of the well.
The pump should be set near the bottom (say at the 200 foot level to get the maxomum draw from the well.
