Moldy Grout

I have a stand up shower that was installed by a contractor five years ago.The contract stated that the grout would be sealed and I don't believe it was because after the second year we started getting mold developing on the grout.
I called the contractor and he said this was normal and too clean the shower with bleach, wich did help but it keep coming back.The warranty was only good for three years and he is no longer returning my calls
I need some advise on how to remove the old grout and replace it.
