I bought a Calypso 3 years ago and am having my first problem. It's giving the LD "long drain"
code. The pump motor goes on but the water doesn't drain. Actually, it did back up on the floor on one attemp to run the drain cycle.
I took everything apart that I could reach from the bottom and could not find any obstructions.
I did find a treasure though. The manufacturer
has taped a service diagnostics manual to the inside of the cabinet. Go in through the bottom and you'll find a piece of plastic hanging in there somewhare. Trace it to the manual. It's very easy to run the diagnostic sequences.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THE PLASTIC DOME AT THE BOTTOM OF DRUM? I want to see if there is a jam that's blocking the drain.
