It appears that Hampton Bay ceiling fans are made by companies other tahn Hampton Bay. One is King of Fans 1-800-283-6607 another is Air Cool 977-527-0313, the 3rd I have not found yet. Both of the other companies were bery helpful in getting replacement parts. Give them a call and they will be able to advise you from the UPC # which company built the fan.
