I have EXACTLY the same problem, and I've talked with two different hardware stores, and they don't even know how to wire the switch. I can get power, but the power is constant, so I'm figuring those two black wires have something to do with the switch loop, but I haven't found the correct wiring combination yet. The directions that came with the piece are "universal" for GFCI OUTLETS, but not one with the SWITCH. HELP!
