my mower when running will not charge my battery. i have a good mechanic , he has replaced the stater and when it's metered it shows almost 15 volts coming out of the motor. i can mow my grass about 4 times or roughly 4 hours, than my blades will not turn do to low battery conditions, and the mower won't start. it's a 14 hp. regent simplicity mower.
