Removing paint form bathroom vinyl flooring

Can You advise what is the best proceedure for removing
oil paint from around the edges of vinly flooring in a bathroom
the paint has been there for quite some time by the look
of things. There are also splattes on door handles and
around some of the light firxtures and sink etc..
