Tongue and Groove Balcony

I recently bought a new house with a 4'X8' balcony coming out from the front and back of the bedroom. Currently, the flooring is a sheet of plywood, and not only does it look bad, it is starting to warp and allow water through. There is a ceiling underneath that is starting to show water spots, and I am trying to find a way to seal the top while improving the look.

I would like to use a kiln dried cedar tongue and groove board, but I am not sure if weather would warp it. I cannot use a traditional deck look, because it would allow water through. My only other alternative would be either plywood or setting up a drainage system in the middle (there is approx 1 ft between bottom ceiling and top flooring). Has anyone made a deck from tongue and groove, or have any other ideas?
