I have a faux butcher block countertop it appears to be the butcher block pattern ahered to pressed wood I would like to refinish it instead of replacing it. How would I go about painting replacing it is not an option finacially or physically I am a widow and I don't think I could manage replacing it can you advise me on the products needed and the process of applying the paint.
