I did this. It was a frustrating effort until I was referred to Grainger. There is one manufacturer that has kits and sells them in exact foot lengths up to 8'. I found that you can GENTLY bend the supports for the fins and position the new metal wall part behind. Actually went much easier than I expected and looks much better than the painted & bashed units that were replaced.
