replacing rotten boards bath before ceramic tile

Hi,
I want to replace rotten floor boards around the toilet and tub before putting in a subfloor (I think) and installing ceramic tile and replacing the toilet.

How do I do that please. This is my first time doing this though I can learn and am willing.
