I just got a new kenmore elite dual fuel range. The cooktop (gas), broiler, (electric) and warming oven (electric) all work just fine. The oven--both on standard bake and convection settings, however, does not work. I can't figure out how to access the heating element to see if it is faulty or loose. Does anyone know how to get to the hidden heating element?
