Hello, My question is I have several tools which have been given to me as gifts. One is a 1 1/4 hp sander, christmas 98, it stopped working, motor runs but belt does not move. Since I have no receipt, will I be able to exchange it? Also I have several Screw drivers mostly philip type which have broken about 1/4" from the tips. How can or can I, get these exchanged, what is the warranty policy? I have purchased a tool chest, the lower chest has a "CRAFTSMAN" logo, this was not secure to the chest it just hangs there on only one pin. I do not want to return the chest for this, but are these logos available loose? I am a CRAFTSMAN tool nut, I have been satisfied with the tools overall. I have never returned a tool, so I am not sure what to do or expect. Please advise, Thank you Mel Rowland Heights California
