How does infrequent use of the shower in my second bathrooom affect the functioning of the plumbing? Tried to use the shower for the first time in about a year to find the hot water flow nonexistant. Building is 4 years old. Several other owners/tenants report similar problems after seasonal absences--some live here only 6 months of the year. Can non-use have this effect? Thank you..
