I got good advice last time I asked (back in March) but hubby lost all the info I got for him. Right now he has taken ALL the molding off the front of the window, exposing these HUGE weights, not only on the lower sash, but on the upper one, too. How can we get the upper one free? It's painted shut. I hope he can get it all put back together. Some detailed instructions would help immensely. Thanks.
