I have installed cypcrete floors for many years both for Hacker and for Maxxon and I can say although concrete is a tougher underlayment you will have to live with any elevation errors as they are much harder to correct! todays gypcrete can be mixed to over 4000 psi and is as durrable as concrete as well as easier to fix in case of errors
