I too have had problems with my washer. The transmission went out.
I also have had service about 8 times on my Magtag refrigerator. Had to buy additional insurance to keep them covered.
Magtag will never get any of my business EVER again. I am so fed up with their high price and supposedly good quality. They are rip offs.
My husband called them and told them that the ads we seen on TV were wrong. The Magtag man doesn't have anything to do. He said I am wearing his ass out.
But they do not care.
Magtag SUCKS.
