I have a two storey house and there is water leaking from the ceiling downstairs from the seam where the ceiling and the wall is joined. I have had the roof check for an opening as this only happens when it rains. I now have to repair the ceiling but would like to stop the source of the leak before the repairs begin.
Does anyone have any idea where the water might be coming from.?
