please advise a product that would help us in this situation. we have a older boathouse in central ONT that has a flat walk on roof. it is currently just plywood with tar paper rolled on it to waterproof it. now as the years have passed it is starting to leak. is there a liquid roll on product that would waterproof this but still allow us to walk on the roof as a deck? please advise thank you
