Yes, I did get the reset code. I looked on the back of my Orion TV, got the manufacturer's name, looked up the phone number and called them. Make sure you are near your TV when you call.
They will give you the details on how to remove the v-chip. You would have never guessed it.
I removed our v-chip some months ago so I apologize for not remembering.
When you receive your instructions, it would probably be a good idea to post it on this site for others.
