Can a plastic cistern be put in a basement? If not, why not? I would like to put one in my basement and hook it up to my well, so I have a larger reservoir. We ran out of water twice this spring and I'm real worried about summer and fall. Our well has slow recovery. No other water to tap into. What size would you recommend for myself and teenage son? I had also considered putting in one to catch rain water for bathing and such on a seperate system. What do you think? Thanks for your input. Connie
