paint removal Posted by Henry in MI on July 4th, 2000 06:11 PM In reply to Cleaning paint off concrete by Jason on July 4th, 2000 11:41 AM [Go to top of thread]
Hi, Jason. Normally, I would suggest Peel Away for brick, concrete and the like. You probably have the paint mist only in a relatively small area and it is fresh enamel. Citristrip would be my choice. Just use it per label directions. The only problem that you will have is that you probably do not have enough paint to tell if it has worked. Try scraping after 15 minutes with putty knife. If it obviously is going to come off, keep going. If it seems like it wants to fight you, give it another 15 minutes and try again. After you have gotten all the paint/stripper goo off mop the area with plain water. Your floor should be good as new. Good luck Henry in MI
