Tappan Fabulous 400

We own a Tappan Range Fabulous "400" Model PV-442AG-12, Serial Number K216538.
We are looking for a left hand oven switch assembly and a set of all four range burners.
If you have any of the parts that we are looking for, or know of anyone that would carry these parts, please let us know.
If no parts are available, is there a direct replacement for this range, that you may know of, vs. having to remodel our entire kitchen?
