My daughter in law lives in ALA. her sump pump alarm went off. She is concerned of two things one if it has any effect on her city water. And also what is causing the alarm to go off. Who can she contact with in this kind of situtation Her home is only one year old she bought it as a resale. And isn't quite sure who she can get in touch with. Also she has a secptic Tank. Thank you
