* I've heard of some towns in the north having outlets that car owners who have to park out in the street can plug into. The car owners pull a bolt out of the engine and screw in a heating element. They can then plug into an outlet and keep their engines from freezing.
* It doesn't get that cold in Burleson,Texas.
