"Flecks" in Corian sink

These may be tiny chips or gouges that have filled with dirt. Rub the tip of a pin over them. If they are depressed, that is what they are. Dropped knives can cause this. If you soak the sink in a solution of one part bleach to three parts warm soapy water, they may go away. A professional can sand or fill them.
