Be sure your sink is genuine DuPont Corian by looking for the logo beneath the sink. First, try soaking the sink for at least half an hour in a solution of one part Clorox bleach to two parts warm, soapy water. Regularly, swab the sides of the sink with the bleach solution. Wear rubber gloves, ventilate the area, and avoid splashing it on your clothes.
If this doesn't work, the sink can be hand sanded and buffed. This is best done by a professional, but if you are up to it, start with 80 grit sandpaper. Concentrate on the worst areas. Sand until all the stains seem to be gone. Then progress to 120 grit, then 150, 180, 220, 320 400 and 600 grit. It may be helpful to mask off the drain fittings with duct tape so you don't scratch them. After sanding, buff with SoftScrub applied with a ScotchBrite pad.
