I had the same problem with a new faucet I installed. Didn't dawn on me until I checked all the major things. Unthread the cap, pull out the filter/washer and perhaps you'll find dirt clogging the filter/washer. Just clean or replace it and perhaps your problem will be solved. Never hit me that the new faucet I just installed would get clogged the first couple of try's, but it was. Sometimes it's the simplest of answers that solve our problems.
