Poly pipe leaks.

I have a 1976 modular home that has black poly pipe that has now started leaking in the kitchen and laundry room under my house. Some are just pin holes and some are pretty big. Needless to say I am having to replace the partical board flooring. Does this fit in your suite and can you help me.
