We are living in a 6 years home which we recently found out that the roof deck is wet, condensation trapped in, and the plywood brown water has started licking down from the ceiling top sidings. Everyone in the house is sick. We have been in and out of the doctors office for the past 5 years.
We'll like to know how dangerous this is to humans and how can we go about resolving the issue. The builder is not uncorperative to work with us.
