This is a common problem with nose-forward designs, not just Gutter Helmet. It's a shame that it cost several thousand dollars to discover this . . .
Please visit www.guttagard.com to see an alternative to high priced solid aluminum gutter protection. A DIY'er can self install for around $1.25/foot, or have a professional do it for $3-5/foot.
